Hey fur-tastic friend! Life happens, so if you need to cancel within 24 hours, no problem! But if it's within 23 hours or you can't make it, we'll need to keep those paws planted. First cancellation/no show is on us, second is half the estimate, and third is full price. Let's keep those plans "Pawsitively" perfect – we've got this!

Drop off on time and make sure they're leashed up to kickstart your pet's pampering adventure. When your pup's primped and ready, swing by within an hour of our notification to fetch them, or we'll have to add a $20 fee for missed tail wags and tight spaces. Can't wait to see you both!
