Cancellation Policy
🐾 We understand life happens! Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in fees: first occurrence waived, second charged 50% of the estimate, and third charged the full appointment price.
Drop off & Pick Up Policy
Drop off on time and make sure they're leashed up to kickstart your pet's pampering adventure. When your pup's primped and ready, swing by within an hour of our notification to fetch them, or we'll have to add a $20 fee for missed tail wags and tight spaces. Can't wait to see you both!
Payments
At pick up, we'll settle the bill for your pet's grooming. Upon drop off, we'll provide a tailored estimate, and if any additional services are needed, we'll give you a quick call to confirm.
